simtur’s management of personal data
General premises
The personal data of users acquired through SIMTUR’s sites and IT platforms will always be processed in full compliance with the legislation in force within the framework of EU Regulation 2016/679.
The data controller is Simtur, with registered office in Rome, via San Francesco di Sales n. 18. It is understood that, whenever simtur proceeds to collect personal data through its sites, the user will be invited to read the information pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation, provided for this purpose, and to give their consent to the processing.
Type of data processed
In particular, these different types of data are processed:
a) Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party can exercise all the rights recognized by current legislation – including the right to know which data are held by the Data Controller and how they are used, the right to have them updated, integrated, rectified or deleted, opposition, portability and limitation – by writing to the email address privacy@simtur.eu. The interested party can also always lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor in the forms and methods provided for by current legislation.
